The real story behind Brad and Jen's breakup has just surfaced. Most believe that the affair between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie during the filming of the hit film, Mr. & Mrs. Smith is the reason for the dissolution of the Pitt / Aniston marriage. However, the truth is a different story. As everyone in Hollywood knows, at the end of filming, the furniture from the sets is divided among the top names in the production: director, producer, and star actors divvy up the spoils...
In House has just been informed that the Canoe swivel chair and sofa featured in the opening scene of the movie was taken home by Mr. Pitt, himself. He commands so much respect in this town that he persuaded the director and the producer, both of whom coveted the pieces, that he should have them.
Then the problems began at home... it turns out that Jen is really a 'shabby chic' girl and the Canoe designs did not work for her. Even when Brad expounded on the beauty and comfort of the design and explained that the chair had been hailed in the press years ago as the best chair 'to watch the Sopranos in', Jen would have none of it and summarily filed for divorce!!! ...and everyone blames Angelina...
The In House designers are sorry to hear that they have been linked to this divorce but feel the name calling that they have received as 'home wreckers' is unwarranted.
